Over the past 25 years, our efforts to protect America's redrock wilderness have been extraordinarily successful due to the passionate commitment of Utah wilderness activists and the support of our partner groups in the Utah Wilderness Coalition (UWC). Founded in 1985, the UWC now boasts over 200 member organizations nationwide that support federal wilderness designation for more than 9 million acres of deserving public lands in Utah.
